My Tips For Success!

Tip #1 – Ask yourself: What would I love?
Begin asking yourself this very important question all throughout the day.
Not, what do I think I would like, or what do I think I deserve based on my past, the current status of my life – but What would I LOVE. Feel that in your heart and make it a great habit of mind by asking yourself this throughout your day. This beautiful healthy habit of mind will send a powerful message to your ‘inner being’ as well as benefit your ‘physical body’. This ‘feel good habit’ will direct your body to release beautiful sparkling chemicals that every cell in your body will benefit from. Start NOW by asking yourself, what would I love to do in the next hour that would bring me joy?

Tip #2 – Exercise your imagination!
Stretch it and give it a great workout, however not in the way most do, which is to frighten themselves. We’re the only creatures on the planet with the gift of imagination and all too often ask ourselves, what’s the worst possible thing that can happen?
I’m asking you to switch this up and use your imagination to lean into what’s possible for you and get very clear on what you would love to create & experience in 2021!

Tip #3 – Focus!
It’s proven we get more of what we focus on, so place your focus on what you would love! What’s the one thing in your life, that if you could change it, would make the biggest difference for you? Maybe this is finding the love of your life, or living with vibrant health, with peace & joy, or possibly it’s creating what’s next for you regarding your work in the world. Now is the time to get very clear on what it is and FOCUS on what you would love.

Tip #4 – I am so happy & grateful!
This phrase will take it ALL to the next level!
I AM so happy & grateful now that_____ and you fill in the rest! For example, a few years ago when I answered the question, What would I love? It was to be an author and share my story & findings to help others live with an abundance of health, wealth & love. And I completed the statement by saying, I am so happy and grateful now that I’m an Amazon #1 Best Selling Author and the world renown, Dr. Bernie Siegel, wrote the foreword to my book! You can see here that I focused on the end result of what I wanted, stated it as though it already happened, in the present tense, and used lots of detail. Lastly, make sure you write it down in your journal or other special place and refer to it daily.

Tip #5 – Be the woman who already is experiencing what you would love!
It’s not about getting to your dream, it’s about coming from it! In other words, be the woman who already is living her dream. It is imperative that you act and feel ‘as if’ and BE that woman. Now as you go throughout your day, ask yourself – What is that woman thinking about? How does she treat her body? What types of Self-Care does she practice? How does she rise & shine in the morning? These practices allow us to live with duality of mind, which is to imagine something greater, while seeing existing things truly as they are. Have fun living into the successful 2021 you are creating with each present moment, because ALL our power lies in the present moment!
